New Files Area Added

I’ve finally taken the time to collect all the different Devastation files and put them in a single place. They’re now located in ftp.rainwalk.net/DevQ2 and they include the classic Devastation map pack, the new Plague Devastation map pack, the Plague devastation skin pack, and the Devastation mod itself.
